Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee the entire recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to closing hiring deals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Understand hiring requirements of hiring managers
  • Sourcing potential candidates on niche platforms and utilizing various channels for job advertising
  • Reviewing resumes and screening candidates based on qualifications and skills
  • Scheduling interviews and conducting in-person or telephonic assessments
  • Maintaining relationships with consultants to ensure staffing goals are achieved
  • Negotiating employment offers and compensation packages with selected candidates

Key Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities
