Project Coordinator Job Description

This is a critical role that requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support for project activities, schedules, and meetings. The ideal candidate will have experience in banking project coordination and possess strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating project activities, schedules, and meetings; managing calendars and logistics.
  • Maintaining trackers, reports, and governance-ready documentation.
  • Monitoring milestones, risks, issues, and change logs.
  • Liaising with stakeholders across business, IT, and compliance.
  • Supporting UAT planning, issue tracking, and leadership reporting.
  • Ensuring adherence to banking procedures, internal controls, and compliance standards.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience as a Project Coordinator in a banking environment.
  • Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.
  • Experience producing documentation, trackers, and reports.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Appian or IT project environments is a plus (not required).
