Project Director Job

We are looking for an experienced Project Director to lead and coordinate the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and application deployment projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and providing regular updates to senior management.

About This Role
  • Project Planning & Execution:
    • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
    • Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
    • Manage the deployment of infrastructure components (servers, networks, storage) and enterprise banking applications.
    • Oversee UAT, production readiness, and go-live activities.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Collaborate with various internal teams (IT, Operations, Security, Business Units) and external vendors/partners.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication.
    • Organize and facilitate cadence calls, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Reporting & Communication:
    • Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues to senior management.
    • Prepare and present project dashboards, status reports, and documentation.
    • Escalate critical issues in a timely manner and ensure resolution.
  • Governance & Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to the bank's project governance frameworks and change management processes.
    • Maintain compliance with internal security policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Coordinate with the InfoSec and Risk teams during deployment.
