Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Infrastructure Project Lead to oversee the delivery of projects related to our AWS cloud environments.

This role combines project management, systems administration oversight, and client-facing responsibilities to ensure the performance, security, and scalability of cloud environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in AWS, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate projects in dynamic and distributed environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cloud infrastructure projects using Agile/Scrum or traditional methodologies.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and coach teams on Agile principles.
  • Oversee projects end-to-end, including planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
  • Track progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent professional experience is mandatory.
  • 5+ years in systems administration, with at least 3 years managing AWS environments.
  • 4+ years in project management or Scrum Master roles in IT or cloud-based environments.
  • 2+ years of client-facing experience, including requirements gathering and solution delivery.
  • 2+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale cloud deployments and hybrid/multi-cloud infrastructures.
Preferred Certifications:
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect or SysOps Administrator.
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
