**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Finance Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, hands-on experience with Tally Prime, and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Data Entry: Perform daily accounting operations and enter financial data accurately in Tally Prime.
  • Bank Reconciliation Statements: Prepare and maintain Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) regularly.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and documents.
  • Financial Support: Support the finance team during monthly closings and external/internal audits.
  • Filing and Documentation: Manage the filing and documentation of all accounting and financial records for easy retrieval.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Accounting Principles: Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Tally Prime: Proficiency in Tally Prime.
  • MS Office: Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Hands-on experience in preparing Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
  • Organizational Skills: Good organizational and documentation skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Certification: Any additional certification in accounting tools/software will be an added advantage.

Experience:

  • 1 Year Experience: 0–1 year of relevant experience in an accounting or finance support role.
