Procurement Support Specialist

Our organization is seeking a skilled Procurement Support Specialist to provide day-to-day support for procurement and financial processes. This role involves delivering high-quality support services to our stakeholders, ensuring seamless operations within the company's systems.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in application support, preferably in Coupa or similar P2P systems, with a strong understanding of procurement and finance processes.
  • Additionally, this individual should be proficient in ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) and integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft), with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required, along with 3+ years of relevant experience.

In this role, you will collaborate with various teams, including procurement, finance, and IT, to understand business requirements and implement system solutions. Your expertise in managing user access, roles, and permissions within Coupa will ensure secure and efficient system usage.

  • Furthermore, the successful candidate will assist in system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features or enhancements, while maintaining documentation for end-users and liaising with vendors for issue resolution and product updates.
  • A key aspect of this position is the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
