Job Title: Commercial Banking Expertise Specialist

Role Description:

This seasoned professional will serve as a solutions advisor to internal and external stakeholders, providing strategic insights, process consulting, and domain expertise across commercial banking operations.

The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the Banking delivery function, with deep knowledge of maturities, platforms, geographical requirements, client support systems, and accelerators in the ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Serving as a domain consultant and advisor in commercial banking engagements across client implementations, solution design, and process improvements.
  • Translating complex banking processes into actionable insights and business requirements for BPS functions.
  • Owning RFP/RFI responses, solution creation, and go-to-market strategy for commercial banking offerings.
  • Driving digital transformation initiatives (e.g., process reengineering, automation, workflow orchestration) in client banking operations.
  • Collaborating with delivery and technology teams to ensure banking domain alignment in solution implementation and ongoing service delivery.
  • Staying current with regulatory trends, market shifts, and technology innovations in the banking sector.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in commercial banking domain, with exposure to corporate lending, trade finance, cash & payments, risk & compliance, or client onboarding from operations standpoint.
  • Strong understanding of banking processes, systems, and compliance/regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree with Master's in management, or related field.
