  • Protect the Scrum team from distractions and interruptions.
  • Understand the technology roadmap and help the team fit their work into it.
  • Maintain Jira, burndown charts, velocity analysis, and provide visibility into progress.
  • Empower and motivate the team to self-organize and ensure necessary tools are set up.
  • Establish working agreements with Operations teams on software testing, deployment, and operation.
  • Maintain accurate team rosters and ensure team member data is accurate and up to date.
  • Support a single agile team.
