Overview of Global Service Delivery Centre:

A global capability centre in Hyderabad, India, aims to leverage local talent to scale our information services and products globally through cloud technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the ServiceNow lead developer and development team to transform business requirements into viable solutions.
  • Establish and communicate project mission and objectives to all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other teams and pillars on IT service management, IT operations management, enterprise architecture, and software product management modules.
  • Develop and implement ServiceNow IT service management modules, including incident management, problem management, configuration management, change management, knowledge management, or other ITSM applications.
  • Effectively prioritize tasks, negotiate, and maintain high energy levels.
  • Communicate effectively (written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills at all levels within the organization.
  • Build positive relationships with key stakeholders through strong interpersonal skills.
  • Analyse business problems to design and document solutions up-front with technical and creative teams.
  • Streamline and optimise processes, aligning with the overall catalogue framework.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience as a business analyst/BSA in IT service management, IT operations management, software product management, enterprise architecture (APM) modules in ServiceNow.
  • Exposure to end-to-end ITOM implementations and well-versed with ITOM functionalities.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology.
