Head - Client Engagement & Hospitality.
Role Summary:
- We are looking for a service-obsessed leader to drive premium client experiences for high-net-worth families.
- This role blends elite hospitality standards, ensuring every touchpoint reflects discretion, empathy, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
HNW Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary relationship lead for HNW families-anticipating needs, resolving concerns, and building lifelong trust.
Luxury Experience & Service Design:
- Create and refine white-glove protocols that mirror luxury hospitality, with a focus on confidentiality, responsiveness, and personalization.
End-to-End Service Oversight:
- Streamline concierge operations from onboarding to ongoing care, ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams.
Cross-Functional Leadership (Leadership):
- Lead and inspire a high-performing service team, driving continuous training in empathy, privacy, and elevated service etiquette.
Experience Innovation:
- Leverage client insights to evolve offerings, influence product direction, and scale the Service experience with consistency and flair.
Requirements:
- Degree in Hospitality or Business with 3-5+ years of experience in premium hospitality, luxury wellness, or concierge service.
- Proven exposure to HNW client servicing and team leadership.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Deep understanding of luxury service psychology.
- Startup agility with a passion for service personalization.
