Key Position: Customer Relationship Manager
Job Description:We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled professional to take up the position of Customer Relationship Manager.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with strong sales backgrounds to develop business relationships and grow revenue in the lubricants market.
- Develop and execute strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand existing client base.
- Provide exceptional customer service by building long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products.
- Meet or exceed set targets for lubricant sales within assigned territory.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Engineering, coupled with 10-15 years of experience in sales, preferably in the lubricants or related industries.
Key qualifications include excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of lubricants and their applications.
Responsibilities:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to remain competitive.
- Gain extensive knowledge of Max Spare lubricant products and their applications to effectively promote them to customers.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, track progress against targets, and provide valuable insights into sales performance.
