Role Overview:

Learner Support
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to extension requests, assignment submissions, grading, certificate issuance, and other learner concerns.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including course designers, tech support, LMS, instructors, and marketing teams to manage program timelines and address learner concerns.
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance program delivery and learner experience.
  • Ensure all communications meet quality standards and brand guidelines, staying updated on programs and partnerships to support learners effectively.

Requirements:

Essential Skills
  • Exceptional Spanish/Portuguese and English communication skills are mandatory.
  • Familiarity with LMS, digital learning tools, or CRM platforms is beneficial.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service or learner support roles.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving processes.
  • Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.
