Job Overview

Lead the development of innovative payment solutions as a Senior Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end product management from ideation to launch for key payment features.
  • Design strategies to differentiate payment offerings and increase user adoption.
  • Translate user needs into profitable products through detailed PRDs with clear UX/UI specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by collaborating with legal and risk teams.
  • Use customer engagement platforms and analyze user behavior data to identify opportunities for increasing platform stickiness and retention.
  • Conduct user testing and A/B testing to validate assumptions and measure feature performance.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators to drive business growth and feature prioritization.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in payments or fintech.
