Job Title:

Sr. Creative Strategist

About the Role:

This position plays a pivotal part in carrying out creative duties on multiple brands, ranging from campaign planning and ideation to scriptwriting and copywriting. The role involves working with the New Business team on all creative ideation and showcase for any pitch.

The ideal candidate will present the entire creative plan for any campaign or narration of any script to clients on any brand, ensuring that the creative work is up to an award-winning standard. Additionally, they will be responsible for applying for various awards to bring recognition to the team.

Key responsibilities include reporting to the Creative Lead who will provide overall direction, feedback, and references for campaigns or other creative tasks. The individual will also coordinate with the Integrated Solutions Team (account planning + client servicing) on a daily basis on any task ranging from a topical post on a brand to an annual campaign strategy.

Furthermore, they will provide visual direction to the graphic design team on any idea or concept that comes from their team, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, ability to develop and propose value-added, creative interactive strategies and presentations for pitches to convert clients. They should have strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to manage a team of junior creative resources and provide direction to them.

Achieving excellence in presentation skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is crucial for this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite is also required.
