As a key member of our creative team, the Chief Creative Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing innovative campaigns that drive business results.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand planning, social media, and digital campaign management. They will be able to analyze complex data sets, develop unique insights, and create compelling visual presentations that communicate key messages effectively.

  • Analyze Category, Competition, Consumer, Culture & Brand: Develop unique, differentiated insights that inform campaign strategy.
  • Develop Integrated Strategy Platform: Create a comprehensive platform that integrates multiple channels and tactics to achieve business objectives.
  • Presentation and Storytelling: Prepare and present visual presentations with sharp point-of-view and riveting narrative.
  • Objective Setting: Translate business objectives into measurable social/digital media objectives.
  • Insight-Driven Strategy: Analyze available insights and define overall strategy in terms of Distribution and Amplification.
  • Advertising Effectiveness: Define the right advertising pressure to achieve goals.
  • New Business Development: Participate actively in new business pitches.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • A postgraduate degree in a related field (e.g., marketing, communications, or a related field).
  • At least 7 years of experience in brand planning, social media, and/or digital campaign management.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect business requirements to strategy solutions.
  • Research and data analytical skills to generate data-based insights.
  • A strong point-of-view on fast-evolving social/digital media environments.
  • An eye for innovation and next emerging platforms or partners.
  • Ability to work effectively, proactively, and seamlessly with integrated teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and people management skills.
