Chief Talent Acquisition Strategist

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our recruitment strategy and drive business growth.
This role will oversee the end-to-end talent acquisition process, craft compelling employer branding, and attract top-tier professionals across various functions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's objectives.
- Mentoring a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists to ensure exceptional performance.
- Designing and implementing workforce planning to meet short-term and long-term hiring needs.
Key responsibilities include building and promoting a strong employer brand, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience, and collaborating with marketing and leadership to launch recruitment campaigns and digital branding initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive HR/Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Proven track record in scaling hiring operations in fast-growth organizations, preferably in fintech, BFSI, or technology sectors.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday
