A visionary storyteller is needed to craft unforgettable campaigns and elevate the transformative power of Ayurvedic living.

As a Content Strategy Leader, you will develop and execute brand stories that stop thumbs, drive revenue, and showcase the transformative power of Ayurvedic living. You will create comprehensive content strategies across multiple platforms, driving engagement and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in copywriting, advertising, or content marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing brand storytelling and measurable performance results. Experience integrating AI tools into creative processes while maintaining human nuance is essential.

Native-level English command, an editorial eye, and a degree in English, Communications, or equivalent real-world experience are required. This role offers a leadership runway toward Associate Creative Director and beyond, as well as company-funded access to premier global marketing & AI-creativity programs.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies across multiple platforms, driving engagement and revenue growth.
  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary squad of copywriters, designers, and editors, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
  • Originate campaign platforms, product launches, and brand stories that capture the essence of Ayurveda and inspire audiences worldwide.
  • Deploy generative-AI tools for ideation, rapid iteration, and performance insights, safeguarding strategic thinking, brand voice, and originality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, high-converting experiences and drive business results.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or equivalent real-world experience is required. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing their work.
