Pinkvilla is a leading digital storytelling platform, pushing the boundaries of content creation across multiple platforms. As a Strategic Content Producer, you will play a key role in developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Development: Develop a strategic plan to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Video Production: Oversee the end-to-end production process, including ideation, scripting, shooting, and editing of high-quality videos.
  • Audience Engagement: Drive audience growth and engagement through compelling storytelling and innovative content formats.
  • Collaborations: Forge partnerships with industry experts, influencers, and brands to enhance content quality and reach.
  • Revenue Generation: Work towards revenue generation goals through effective monetization strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with a team of video editors, scriptwriters, and graphic designers.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Brand Ambassador: Act as an ambassador for Pinkvilla's YouTube and Instagram platforms.
  • Content Expansion: Conceptualize and develop new videos or formats that align with the brand.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
    • Creative Leadership: Ability to conceptualize new ideas and drive content strategy.
    • Teamwork: Proven ability to work with a team.
    • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with YouTube and Instagram algorithms and content trends.
    • Format Enthusiasm: Excitement about exploring new formats and expanding the channel's content library.
