Job Summary

Fabrication Managers are pivotal in the efficient production of high-quality fabricated products.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Daily Operations Planning: Plan and manage daily fabrication activities as per production schedule, optimizing productivity and minimizing delays.
  2. Quality Assurance: Oversee adherence to welding, fit-up, and dimensional quality standards, ensuring all products meet stringent specifications.
  3. Resource Management: Manage manpower allocation, welding consumables, and fabrication tools effectively, streamlining operations and reducing costs.
  4. Productivity Enhancement: Drive productivity by monitoring output per man-day, controlling rework, and implementing process improvements.
  5. Clearances and Compliance: Ensure timely completion of WPS, NDT clearances, and material traceability, maintaining accurate records and facilitating smooth production workflows.

Essential Skills

  1. Technical Expertise: Possess strong technical knowledge of fabricated valves, ASME standards, and welding symbols.
  2. Leadership and Supervision: Demonstrate effective leadership and hands-on supervision skills, guiding teams towards shared goals and objectives.
