Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and coach a high-performing sales team
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and partnership development
  • Conduct market analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Manage sales performance metrics, including sales targets, customer acquisition costs, and conversion rates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree in business administration or a related field
  • Experience in the insurance industry
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
