Job Summary:
- We are seeking a strategic Business Growth Lead to spearhead our sales initiatives and drive business expansion.
About the Role:
- This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve organizational goals, leading a productive team, and identifying new business opportunities.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth objectives
- Lead, motivate, and coach a high-performing sales team
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and partnership development
- Conduct market analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Manage sales performance metrics, including sales targets, customer acquisition costs, and conversion rates
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or a related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree in business administration or a related field
- Experience in the insurance industry
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
