Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Strategist to lead our digital growth initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to drive business outcomes through data-driven decision making and strategic partnerships.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies across all digital channels. This includes paid media investments in Google, Meta, TikTok, and Programmatic platforms.

As the Performance Marketing Strategist, you will also lead budget allocation, forecasting, and performance reporting to inform leadership decisions. Additionally, you will create frameworks for continuous testing and optimization, from ad creatives to conversion funnels.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Growth, Product, and Sales, to align campaigns with business goals. Furthermore, you will implement data-driven methodologies for attribution, incrementality, and lifetime value optimization.

As a leader, you will guide a team of performance marketers to foster innovation and accountability. You will provide coaching and development opportunities to help your team members grow professionally and personally.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across all digital channels.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing with proven success in scaling campaigns.
  • Deep expertise in multi-channel paid media and advanced analytics tools.
  • Strong knowledge of CRO, attribution modeling, and growth experimentation.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to guide teams and influence stakeholders.
  • A growth mindset combining strategic vision with hands-on problem solving.
