The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective leadership and strategic decision-making. They will provide guidance and support to the team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve their goals.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive business growth through effective leadership and strategic decision-making.
  • Provide guidance and support to the team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve their goals.
  • Motivate team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Sales process improvement (generation of leads, conversion of leads into client calls, conversion of client calls into business).
  • Employee success (low attrition rates in the Circle at all levels, completion of monthly sales targets by all team members).

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduation is a must.
  • Minimum 5-7 years experience in insurance agency or direct channel.
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in team handling in agency channel is a must.
  • Good track record is a must.
