Job Overview

Jupiter is a financial services platform that enables people to improve their relationship with money.

We are looking for an HR Coordinator who will be responsible for managing and organizing HR datasets, trackers, and dashboards to ensure accuracy and reliability.

  • Manage and organize HR datasets, trackers, and dashboards to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Support HR analytics by generating reports, identifying trends, and creating visual insights for decision-making
  • Conduct research on HR best practices, benchmarks, and future-of-work trends (e.g., engagement, well-being, learning)
  • Analyze employee survey data and provide insights to improve engagement and culture initiatives
  • Coordinate HR programs and initiatives, ensuring timely communication and follow-up with stakeholders
  • Assist in planning and running employee engagement events, workshops, and learning sessions, including logistics, scheduling, and vendor coordination
  • Support HR team members in recruitment, onboarding, and documentation activities when needed

The ideal candidate should have strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets, be curious and analytical, and have excellent organizational and coordination skills.
