We are seeking an accomplished leader to develop, lead and shape our Offshore Development Centre (ODC) in India.

This strategic leadership role will be responsible for defining and executing the technology vision for the ODC, ensuring alignment with business objectives, driving innovation and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve superlative customer experience and excellent long-term customer relationship management
  • Research and mine customer base to initiate new ODC proposals, convert them into business opportunities and execute with excellence
  • Identify and work with Sales and Marketing teams to generate ODC opportunities from the market
  • End-to-end responsibility for delivery, meeting or exceeding customer expectations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in third-party ODC/GCC environment with leading software/analytics/KPO organizations
  • 5-8 years in senior leadership role developing from scratch and overseeing ODC business
  • Deep hands-on experience in digital transformation covering Information/Data Science/AI tools, products, analytics, databases and services
  • Leadership experience with clients from US, UK and/or Europe, direct customer site leadership and end-to-end team management
