Seamless network connectivity is crucial for offshore teams. We're seeking an expert to ensure efficient VDI access and robust end-user support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure seamless network connectivity for offshore teams

• Provide efficient VDI access and robust end-user support

• Manage Mac and Windows environments, JAMF, AVD, MDM, and virtual desktop infrastructure

• Troubleshoot and innovate in a dynamic environment

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or technical support

• Strong hands-on expertise with Mac and Windows operating systems

• Experience managing JAMF, AVD, and MDM tools and environments

• Deep understanding of VDI platforms, troubleshooting, and performance tuning

• Proficient in resolving Microsoft 365 suite issues (Teams, Outlook, Intune)

• Solid understanding of networking, VPN technologies, and internet protocols

• Familiarity with development tools such as GitHub, IntelliJ, Visual Studio, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Notepad++, and OpenVPN

• Strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills

• Hybrid work model with a focus on candidate availability

• Onboarding timeline: before September 25th

• Notice period: ideally less than 2 months
