Senior Payroll Specialist

Job Title: Senior Payroll Specialist

Years of Experience: 6+ years of payroll experience.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our US and Canadian payroll operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in payroll tools, compliance reporting, and tax-related processes.

  • Manage US and Canada payroll processing with accuracy and compliance.
  • Work extensively on ADP, PayChex, and QuickBooks payroll tools.
  • Prepare and file 401K reports in compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Review and reconcile unemployment tax rates and ensure timely filing.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in US Payroll (Canada payroll knowledge added advantage).
  • Strong working knowledge of ADP, PayChex, and QuickBooks payroll systems.
  • Hands-on experience in 401K report filing and tax compliance.
  • Knowledge of GAAP accounting principles is an added advantage.
