Workday Integration Expert

Our organization is seeking an experienced Workday integration specialist to drive the implementation and optimization of our Workday platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Web Services, and other tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Provide expertise in Workday reporting, dashboards, analytics, and integrations to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Workday integrations and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits.
  • Proficiency in Workday HCM, Time Tracking, Talent, Absence, Compensation, Benefits, Security Administration, Business Process Configuration, and Report Writer.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
