Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Workday expert to lead our team in delivering innovative solutions for clients. As a Workday Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Workday solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements gathering: Investigate business/technical requirements for clients' Absence or Time Tracking needs.
  • Design Workday solutions to meet client needs.
  • Configure Workday modules based on client requirements.
  • Perform self-reviews and smoke testing of work delivered.
  • Application Testing: Assist clients with testing of concerned functional module.
  • Production Support: Include practices and disciplines of supporting Workday solution post deployment.
  • Migration Activities and Production Rollout: Assist with rollout of Workday solution into production environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with Workday Project Lifecycle.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday, particularly Module - Absence/Time Tracking/Benefits/HCM/Compensation/Recruiting/Talent and Performance/Payroll.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday object model and solution design approach.
  • Excellent technical and functional skills across functional areas required for developing and delivering complex solutions.
  • Self-motivated and ability to learn quickly through individual research and self-training.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
