Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Workday Time Tracking Specialist. The successful candidate will play a key role in the implementation, configuration, and support of Workday Time Tracking solutions for our clients.

  • Plan, organize, and set up governance within project frameworks to ensure seamless time tracking processes.
  • Analyze and specify time tracking requirements through collaborative workshops with stakeholders.
  • Configure and maintain the Workday Time Tracking module, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor progress and adjust strategies to meet business needs.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive testing scenarios to validate time tracking solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Workday Time Tracking projects, including implementation, support, or migration.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting the Workday Time Tracking module.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, particularly in time tracking, attendance policies, and compliance.
  • Experience in system configuration, testing, and user training within Workday.
