Job Title:

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday expert to plan and prioritize work, lead small implementation projects, develop complex configurations, and provide go-live assistance and ongoing support.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan and Prioritize Work: Develop and execute plans to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects, working closely with project leads to identify and address potential roadblocks.
  • Lead Small Implementation Projects: Manage small-scale implementation projects from inception to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and meeting client expectations.
  • Develop Complex Configurations: Design and implement intricate Workday configurations, focusing on data transformation and EIB Data loads, to meet client needs.
  • Provide Go-Live Assistance and Ongoing Support: Collaborate with clients to ensure successful deployment and provide continuous support to guarantee optimal system performance.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Technical and Functional Skills: Possess comprehensive knowledge of Workday modules, including Absence/Time Tracking/Benefits/HCM/Compensation/Recruiting/Talent and Performance/Payroll.
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional ability to interact and communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Adaptability and Self-Motivation: Show willingness to adapt to new skills and technologies quickly, demonstrating self-motivation and drive to excel in fast-paced environments.
