About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Training Manager to join our team at Nothing. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for enhancing the overall performance and effectiveness of our sales team by equipping them with essential product information, skills, knowledge, and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive training modules tailored to the needs of the sales team, including creating physical and digital educational materials such as product training decks, competition benchmarking, product comparators, videos, and case studies.
- Conduct interactive training sessions using various methods, including on-the-job training, classroom sessions, and store staff training, ensuring that training sessions are engaging, informative, and aligned with the objectives of the sales team.
- Provide training to the team on enhancing customer experience at retail stores, emphasizing brand values and service standards, and equip the sales team with the necessary skills and techniques to create positive interactions and drive customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate or Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar domain, with a focus on training and development, and experience in the telecom industry is highly desirable.
- Training Expertise: Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a sales environment, and familiarity with creating various training materials such as presentations, videos, and interactive modules.
