Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Approach

We are seeking a talented Sales Performance Specialist to join our team at EXLRAET. As a Sales Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue targets through a consultative sales approach.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, and effectively communicate their value to potential learners.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential learners, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless sales experience.
  3. Meet and exceed weekly revenue targets, while maintaining a high level of sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand lead quality and provide feedback to improve sales effectiveness.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Outstanding English communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Proven sales performance and ability to meet revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of the EdTech industry and sales trends.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.

Deliverables and KPIs

  • Minimum of 100+ dials every day with 40+ connects.
  • 2 hours of talk time on an average per day & 1 Video Session
  • 2 enrolled students per week.
  • Weekly revenue targets to be met consistently.
