Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Gurugram. This role plays a crucial part in delivering strategic HR support and guidance to the business, driving initiatives that promote organizational growth and employee engagement.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives and support effective decision-making.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, facilitate conflict resolution, and foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
  • Talent Management: Support the entire talent lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, career development, and succession planning.
  • Performance Management: Lead performance evaluation processes, provide guidance on goal-setting, and support employees in achieving their potential.
  • Learning and Development: Identify skills gaps and implement training initiatives to enhance employee competencies.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies, handling any workplace investigations as required.
  • Employee Engagement: Design and execute engagement programs to improve employee morale and retention.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive insights, identify trends, and recommend proactive solutions to address challenges.


Qualifications

Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification is preferred. Experience: 3-5 years of HRBP or similar HR experience, ideally in the retail or service industry.

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, including talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics.
  • Ability to influence, negotiate, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
