Job Summary


The Employee Engagement role is a key client-facing position at Acuity Knowledge Partners, where you will build and maintain effective relationships with businesses and stakeholders, including internal and external clients and vendors.



Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support and guidance to employees and managers on team management, employee relations, performance management, and employee development.
  • Develop HR solutions to meet internal client requirements and business needs, ensuring effective implementation by line management.
  • Ensure employee connection through one-on-ones, skip-level meetings, and Townhalls.
  • Work within and promote corporate strategies, policies, procedures, and Code of Conduct.
  • Facilitate the execution of Reward & Recognition programs.
  • Conduct new employee orientation and exit interviews.
  • Coordinate mid-year reviews and annual appraisal cycles.
  • Work on HR analytics projects and reports.


Requirements

The ideal candidate should have at least 4-5 years' experience in a generalist HR/Business HR environment and possess the following qualifications:



  • Qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business, Psychology, or Social Science will be highly regarded.
  • Experience in HR Analytics and reporting.
  • High degree of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Proven influencing, negotiation, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural team environment and enjoy dealing with team members at all levels across multiple locations.


This is a key business partner role in the Employee Engagement team, responsible for providing a comprehensive and high-quality HR service to all lines of business.
