Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Politecna Europa. This role will focus on driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.
About the Role
In this exciting position, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to enhance revenue streams, expand our client base, and foster strong partnerships with key stakeholders. Your expertise in market analysis, networking, and proposal development will enable you to identify and pursue high-potential opportunities, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and understand client requirements
- Develop and maintain a database of clients and competitors, leveraging this information to inform business decisions
- Establish and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients, fostering trust and loyalty through effective communication and customer service
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, preferably with an MBA
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales/marketing teams
- Experience working in a multicultural environment with a strong understanding of equality, respect, and openness
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences and situations
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong Google Workspace skills, including Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets
