Senior Data Center Business Leader

You will be responsible for spearheading the growth of our Data Center and Cloud Services business in India, focusing on developing a robust multi-cloud strategy and establishing leadership across hyperscale, sovereign, and AI cloud domains.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Business Strategy and Leadership: Define the vision, strategy, and execution roadmap for data center colocation, managed services, and cloud services businesses. Provide long-term strategic direction to ensure growth and sustainability, and establish market position as a leading player in India.
  • Client Acquisition and Management: Acquire and manage strategic clients across hyperscalers, enterprises, government, and other sectors. Build long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and engage with government bodies, enterprises, and other stakeholders for alliances and business opportunities.
  • Operations Excellence: Guide solution design and delivery across colocation, managed services, and cloud services. Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud solutions across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and other platforms, and lead large-scale cloud migrations and modernizations.

You will oversee feasibility studies and capex planning for capacity augmentation, drive overall profit and loss and revenue for the business, and ensure achievement of order book, sales, profitability, and cash flow targets.
