Job Title: Premium Retention Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Premium Retention Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing a portfolio of insurance clients through proactive renewal collection and persistency efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Renewal Collection: The primary focus of this role is to secure premium renewals from existing customers through targeted communication, visits, or other means as necessary.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, concerns, and goals, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experience.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including documentation of calls, meetings, and correspondence.
  • Customer Escalations: Effectively handle customer complaints and concerns, providing timely resolutions and escalating issues when necessary to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Customer-Focused: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with clients.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as any relevant industry-specific software.
