Job Description:

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online growth, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify digital opportunities

- Manage end-to-end campaign execution with clear KPIs

- Analyze insights to drive customer acquisition, retention, and ROI

- Optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email)

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive execution

- Track and analyze key performance indicators related to platform and website traffic

- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email

- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with CRM and email marketing automation platforms

- Familiarity with A/B testing and multivariate experiments

- Knowledge of graphic design and web development basics

- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools
