Role Overview
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 1–3 years of experience in managing and executing digital ad campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, Bing , etc. The ideal candidate is execution-focused and comfortable working with multiple client accounts simultaneously, handling campaign setup, monitoring, and optimisation with attention to detail and accountability.

Key Responsibilities
Run and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Bing, and other ad platforms for multiple clients.
Set up ad sets, creatives, target groups, budget,s and monitor campaign performance.
Assist client in onboarding, campaign launches, and reporting.
Collaborate with content and design teams to align creatives with campaign objectives.
Monitor and optimize ads to improve CPC, CTR, CPL, CAC, and ROAS.
Conduct regular audits and make data-backed adjustments.
Support tracking implementation using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
Stay informed about platform updates, ad trends, and campaign best practices.
Requirements
1–3 years of hands-on experience running Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
Proven experience in lead generation campaigns is a must-have.
Experience working on multiple client accounts or projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
Working knowledge of key performance metrics and how to optimize them.
At least one Google Ads Certification preferred.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
