About the RoleWe are hiring aPerformance Marketing Executive (Remote)to manage paid advertising campaigns across:Meta (Facebook & Instagram)Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)TikTok AdsLinkedIn CampaignsYou will be responsible forend-to-end campaign execution , from setup and optimization to performance analysis and reporting.What You'll DoCreate, manage & optimize multi-platform paid campaigns.Conduct A/B testing of creatives, copies, and targeting.Monitor KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA) and improve campaign efficiency.Collaborate with creative & marketing teams for ad assets.Deliver clear reports with actionable insights.Explore new ad formats and platforms to maximize brand reach. Who We're Looking For1–3 years of experiencein performance/digital marketing.Strong knowledge ofMeta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads .Proficiency inGoogle Analytics, GA4, and conversion tracking .Analytical, detail-oriented, and creative with campaign ideas.Ability to work independently in aremote setup .Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
