Performance Marketing Manager to work with Vygr Media to help drive measurable and efficient Social Media marketing campaigns with a focus on ROI-based outcomes to clients.
You will directly manage and optimize digital marketing strategies and carry out end-to-end execution to ensure maximum revenue, customer acquisition, and engagement for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data-driven marketing strategies, a strong analytical mindset, and experience with performance marketing channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, WhatsApp Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

Remuneration: suitable increment based on previous salary drawn
KRAs:
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, display advertising, and more.
Analyze campaign performance data (CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV, etc.) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Develop strategies to maximize ROI and KPIs while minimizing ad spend through continuous optimization and A/B testing.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to enhance campaign relevance and impact.
Collaborate with creative teams to design and produce high-performing ads, landing pages, and other marketing materials.
Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and other marketing analytics platforms.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing, including changes in algorithms, ad formats, and tools.
Manage and optimize budgets , ensuring efficient allocation of resources and reporting on cost management.
Develop and implement growth marketing strategies to enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Requirements:
Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint etc.)
A degree in marketing or a related field.
