General Insurance Customer Retention Specialist

We are seeking a professional to support customer retention initiatives through strategic planning and analysis in the General Insurance industry. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:- Support retention through effective business strategy and data-driven analysis.
- Benchmark industry conversion rates, processes, and online platforms by gathering information from internal and external sources.
- Interact with business and retention teams to identify opportunities and drive performance.
- Strengthen existing processes and design new ones for greater efficiency and customer impact.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to develop seamless interfaces across all touchpoints, ensuring a smooth and efficient renewal journey.
- Continuously improve the end-to-end customer journey to boost engagement and retention.
- Design and implement recognition programs to motivate internal teams and enhance performance.
- Bachelor's Degree (mandatory).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the general insurance industry.
