Lead Retail Operations Specialist


Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day retail/store operations of a luxury boutique in accordance with brand standards. This includes improving commercial performance by increasing sales turnover and maximizing profitability. Primarily, this role will focus on retail/store sales, as well as business development and corporate sales.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Exceeding sales budget targets
  • Providing exceptional customer service and in-store experience
  • Converting project business through interior designers & architects
  • Maintaining all necessary reports, inventory, and visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines
  • Expanding high net worth individual database and collecting, updating, and maintaining customer data
  • Defining strategic actions to attract new customers and encourage repeat business from existing ones

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales or Retail Sales, along with 4+ years of experience in retail sales operations with luxury/premium brands. Fluency in English and Hindi is essential. The ideal candidate will also possess strong organizational, process-oriented skills, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
