2. Store Operations:

  • Oversee daily store functions including inventory, VM (visual merchandising), and stock management.">
  • Ensure the store maintains brand standards in cleanliness, display, and ambiance.">
  • Track sales performance and prepare regular operational reports.">

3. Team Leadership:

  • Train, guide, and motivate store staff to achieve collective goals.">
  • Assign responsibilities and monitor performance to maintain efficiency.">

4. Brand Representation:
