Culinary Leadership Opportunity

The successful candidate will assist the Chef de Cuisine in managing the kitchen operation as a successful independent profit center at a luxury hotel, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the kitchen operation and administration.

Requirements

A minimum of 1 year of work experience as Sous Chef or 4 years as Chef de Partie in a hotel is required. Experience in luxury international brands is preferred. A qualification in Kitchen Production or Management is an advantage. Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards is essential. Basic Computer Skills in MS Office, and Recipe Maintenance System are preferred.

  1. Assist the Chef de Cuisine in managing the kitchen operation
  2. Ensure maximum guest satisfaction through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the kitchen operation and administration
  3. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards
