About the Role
As a Culinary Operations Manager at Hyatt Corporation, you will be responsible for assisting in the efficient operation of the kitchen in line with corporate strategies and brand standards. You will work closely with the Chef de Cuisine to manage the kitchen operation as a successful profit center, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, direct, and control the kitchen operation and administration.
- Assist in managing kitchen staff and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve kitchen efficiency and quality.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sous Chef or 4 years as a Chef de Partie in a hotel.
- Experience in luxury international brands is preferred.
- Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management is an advantage.
