Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Hyatt Corporation. As a key member of our culinary department, you will be responsible for assisting the Chef de Cuisine in managing the kitchen operation and ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Chef de Cuisine in planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the kitchen operation and administration.
  • Ensure the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.
  • Manage kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of kitchen production and management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of work experience as Sous Chef or 4 years as Chef de Partie in a hotel.
  • Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management is an advantage.
  • Basic Computer Skills in MS Office and Recipe Maintenance System are preferred.
