Job Description:

As a senior BIM coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the BIM manager with Civil 3D projects. This involves working independently to make technical decisions for US, UK & Asia-specific projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the BIM Manager with any Civil 3D project
  • Work independently and make technical decisions for US, UK & Asia-specific projects
  • Prepare coordinated shop drawings and as-built drawings
  • Prepare earthwork grading cut & fill analysis, cross sections, and quantity take-offs
  • Coordinate with multiple disciplines using Navisworks for clash detection and resolution

This role requires strong skills in AutoCAD for drawing, linkage, and cleanup. Familiarity with Design Review for collaboration with professional staff is also essential. Expertise in Navisworks Manage for clash detection & resolution is mandatory. Strong communication and writing skills in English are required along with team management capability and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and detailing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with design software such as Navisworks Manage and Design Review
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
