Architectural BIM Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Architectural BIM Coordinator to join our team at CommandTech-CAD-IT-PVT-LTD.

As an Architectural BIM Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the implementation of our Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategy.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in coordinating architectural and structural services using Autodesk Revit and other BIM tools.

You will be responsible for assisting project teams in adhering to our BIM Implementation Plan, including model submittal schedules and updates to reflect as-built conditions.

In addition, you will assist teams in delivering client BIM requirements for architectural and structural services, perform QA/QC on Autodesk Revit models, prepare drawing packages, and manage 3D models.

You will also analyze models provided by architects, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to identify coordination and constructability issues.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assisting project teams in adhering to BIM Implementation Plan
  • Delivering client BIM requirements for architectural and structural services
  • Performing QA/QC on Autodesk Revit models
  • Preparing drawing packages
  • Managing 3D models
  • Analyzing models to identify coordination and constructability issues

Software Proficiency Required:

  • Autodesk Revit
  • Autodesk AutoCAD
  • Navisworks
  • Dynamo
  • Recap

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in coordinating architectural and structural services using BIM tools
  • Technical capability of BIM LOD 300 with knowledge of 400 and 500
  • Experience in Scan to BIM & PDF to CAD projects
