Architectural Design Expert

The ideal candidate will be a design-sensitive, technically strong architect with a collaborative mindset and the ability to manage complex projects.

As an architectural expert at our studio, you will work on large-scale, integrated design projects while collaborating with global design teams.

  • Participate in aesthetic and technical designs, preparation of architectural drawings, and construction documents.
  • Assist with construction administration services and coordination at project sites.
  • Closely collaborate with the Project Architect, Project Manager, and team members.
  • Lead BIM modeling, drawing documentation, and compliance reviews.
  • Coordinate with consulting engineers, specialist consultants, and suppliers.
  • Attend client meetings and maintain excellent relationships.
  • Ensure adherence to internal project standards, production quality, and deadlines.
  • Keep the Project Manager and leadership updated on project progress and resourcing needs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • BArch / MArch (Master's preferred)
  • 5–10 years of experience in an architectural practice
  • Proficiency in Revit (BIM) is mandatory
  • Strong skills in SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience attending construction progress meetings and resolving queries
  • Prior exposure to educational, healthcare, and mixed-use projects
  • LEED, EDAC, or WELL accreditation is a plus
  • Excellent graphic, organizational, technical, and written communication skills
  • Currently based in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai or willing to relocate
